What is Rock the Block?

Habitat Lenawee’s Rock the Block movement combines homeowners and renters in the focus area, Habitat volunteers, community sponsors into high-energy community revitalization events. Under the guidance of Habitat’s construction staff, community volunteers complete exterior home repairs and weatherization and cleanup activities such as porch staining, house/porch painting, gutter cleaning, yard clean-up, and landscaping. Habitat Lenawee County invites individuals, corporate, and community partners to join this movement in neighborhood revitalization.

Rock the Block 2020 is September 11-12 CANCELED.

Our Rock the Block event, scheduled for Friday and Saturday is canceled. The local Health Department Emergency Order, and resulting equipment and personnel requirements, are necessary for our community’s safety but place limits on our group activities.

…. but, we ARE still drawing the winning RAFFLE TICKETS!

The drawing will be live-streamed on our Facebook page, Friday at noon! Do you have your tickets yet? It’s not too late! Get them at the link below!
