Critical Home Repair

The Home Repair Program focuses on critical repairs that improve the safety, accessibility, and livability of your home. Projects are funded by grants, no-profit, partially forgiven loans, or a combination of the two, depending on funding availability. Eligible projects may include:

  • Roof repair or replacement
  • Accessibility modifications (ramps, grab bars, tub/shower conversions, etc.)
  • Electrical / Plumbing repairs
  • Water heater replacement
  • Furnace repair or replacement
  • Window replacement
  • Siding repair or replacement
  • Insulation improvements

We do not assist with strictly cosmetic projects.
