Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County owns and operates a Habitat ReStore surplus shop. We are open to anyone in need of remodeling, repairing, or restoring their homes or rental properties. We offer building materials and other household goods at 50%-90% off regular retail prices. All proceeds from sales go into our Building Fund so that we may continue to construct simple, decent and affordable housing for needy families in Lenawee County.
The ReStore also helps the environment by accepting reusable materials that might otherwise be tossed in the landfills. All donations are tax-deductible and can be dropped off during regular business hours. If you are physically unable to deliver your donations, we will provide volunteers to pick up your goods. Please call if you are unsure about your donations; we do not accept stuffed furniture, dishes, clothing or irreparable items.
As always, we depend on the kindness of volunteers to make the ReStore a success. Please give us a call and volunteer some of your time at our store to help further its success and, in turn, further the success of our mission to eliminate inadequate housing in Lenawee County.
